Bug\u00fcn lavanta tarlalar\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015fli\u011fi 3 bin hektara ula\u015fmaktad\u0131r. D\u00fcnya g\u00fcl ya\u011f\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 60&#8217;\u0131n\u0131 tek ba\u015f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131layan Isparta, Kuyucak k\u00f6y\u00fcyle de T\u00fcrkiye lavanta \u00fcretiminin y\u00fczde 80&#8217;ini tek ba\u015f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131lamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lavanta Hasat\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y\u00f6rede g\u00fcl hasat\u0131 haziran ortas\u0131nda sona ermektedir. Mart ve nisan aylar\u0131nda dikilen lavantalar haziranda tomurcuklan\u0131p, temmuz ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7i\u00e7eklenmeye ba\u015flar. Ad\u0131n\u0131n ise b\u00fcy\u00fck olas\u0131l\u0131kla \u201clivere\u201d (mavile\u015ftir\u00admek) ile \u201clavare\u201d (y\u0131kamak) s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerinin birle\u015fmesinden olu\u015fan Orta\u00e7a\u011f Latince\u00adsi\u2019ndeki \u201clivendula\u201d kelimesinden t\u00fcredi\u011fi belirtilmektedir.
